Ms. Ross concentrates her practice in special education law as well as education law. She is involved in all aspects of litigation including hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, team meetings, pre-hearing conferences with the Bureau of Special Education Appeals and court cases. In addition to providing families of children with special needs with advice about how to advocate on behalf of their child, she conducts workshops and trainings on many special education related topics throughout Massachusetts.
Ms. Ross graduated from Suffolk University Law School and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2004. Ms. Ross’s commitment to working on behalf of children and improving educational programs began years prior to attending law school when she taught public school aged children and obtained a Masters in Child Development from Tufts University in 2000. She is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to becoming a partner at Law Office of Beth Ross, LLC, Ms. Ross represented parents of children with special needs at Massachusetts Advocates for Children and Education Consulting, Advocacy & Legal Services. She has also had the opportunity to be featured in The Boston Globe for her work with parents and children.
